Enjoyable
I disagree with other listeners that this is just another version of a Stephanie Plum novel. The characters are original and the story line is good. The female lead is quite different and a bit tougher than Stephanie. the similarity lies in the author's writing style, humor, and wacky characters. I really enjoyed it.

What made the experience of listening to Metro Girl the most enjoyable?
The reader got into the rhythm of the characters and did a great job with the voices of the characters.

Over the top fun
Evanovich’s stories are over the top fun for me. The humor that lightens the story. The narrator does a good job of differentiating the characters.

Metro Girl is a great story

🌴More like...Havana Girl!
This was one of the most sensational books I've ever listened to. It was super fun and out of the box. Thank you, Janet for another great listen. CJ has always been my all-time favorite narrator! AHHH! Your voice is like no other.🩷
The reason I love this book so much is because its a, action /adventure, mystery rolled into a "laugh out loud" comedy!!!! 💜 I wish they would make this book into a movie.... It would be off the charts!
I adored all of the characters, each of them unique and their own way. Judy was hysterical!
One of my favorite parts was when they were hiding out in the mangroves off the coast of Havana. That entire island scene had me on the edge of my seat. And I loved every second.
This is one of my all-time favorite books by Janet. Thank you so much for making my nights so enjoyable with your incredible books. ~Namaste.
