Great trilogy
This story is full of action, but that’s not all it has. Relationships are also important. The author has done a great job with world building. The main protagonist and the secondary characters are all people I’d like to know; they are not static characters because they change due to time and their experiences. There are many fraught moments, but people always manage to get out of the predicaments. I really enjoyed this series, and I’m going to check out other stories by this offer.

What a crazy and beautiful Journey
This whole series was insanely addicting and had me on the edge all the way up until the last sentence of the trilogy. This is one of those series where even though I own all 3 on audible, I'll definitely be buying the physical copies of each when I get the chance just so I can have it on my shelf and to read over again one day. I can't explain it into words but everything came to a great conclusion in the end. I'm honestly sad it's over. Amazing author and amazing story through and through!

Awesome story, great scifi, masterful narration
This trilogy has been incredible. O'Keefe does an amazing job creating a rich universe with a complex scifi plot that has a unique vision of the concept of technologically feasable human immortality. I love the way she writes characters and their relationships with one another. She takes a deep exploration into a lot of characters' perspectives and emotions so that it is difficult to categorize them into "good guys" and "bad guys" because they each have potentially relatable justifications for their beliefs and actions.
Going into the series, I didn't expect such a heavy romance plotline, but I think it was well written and integral to the story. There are a lot of beautiful moments right up to the ending.
Oh, and probably the best narrator I've ever heard makes these books an incredible experience.

Amazing ending to an excellent series
I loved it. And I’m so happy with how it all played out. The narration was perfect and the characters are some of my favorites ever!

Story, narrator
Love this series so much. Narrator did such a phenomenal job on all three books. Such a wonderful story with great characters.

AMAZING BOOK…AMAZING NARRATION
I would listen to anything this narrator works on. I did an immersion read for this entire series and I am so glad I did!
If anyone had asked me a month ago if I would inhale a space opera trilogy, I would have laughed and said “NO WAY”. Not only did I devour this trilogy but it carved itself into my heart and mind forever. The book deserved a standing ovation at the end. If I could give 6 star rating, I absolutely would.
This story was a multi pov, third person space opera with witty banter and a slow burn closed door romance. The science wasn’t too “sciency” and I was able to comprehend the plot and the action without being a sci-fi buff. This is a pretty character driven story with a solid plot that is the most even and consistent based plot I think I’ve ever read. I generally feel book slog pretty easy and across 3 books and close to 1500 pages, I didn’t feel it once. The pacing was medium-fast which kept me from getting whiplash.
The characters were tremendously lovable, even the bad ways. I didn’t know who I was cheering for or against at points. The side characters were hysterical and Kav would absolutely be my BFF in real life! Iykyk!
I do not want to spoil any of the plot points but if you’re scared of sci-fi and looking to try the genre and you love an enemies to lovers slow burn that will melt your heart at points and make you murderous at others, you MUST READ THIS!
