An inspiring must read for all animal lovers
The Bond is a must read for all animal lovers and stewards of the environment. The beautifully written book serves to educate the reader on the vast array of domestic and wild animal welfare issues that exist in the world, and the implications of that abuse and neglect not only on those creatures, but on our public health and the environment as well. I was surprised to learn that the Humane Society campaigns for just about every animal welfare concern out there; everything from agriculture farm animal welfare, to ethical hunting practices. This book inspired me to begin taking a much more Active role in helping animals live the lives they deserve. A wonderful read!
