A fun recap of the Bible
It doesn't replace your personal study of the Bible but can act as a good refresher or an intro into the story. Personally I consider it a good recap with just the right dose of humor and it doesn't take away from the lessons. Well done 👌👌👌👌

I have been following Skip Heitzig and his ministry for a few years now. Pastor Heitzig has an amazing gift of communicating and teaching the bible, its significance, and the blessing it will provide when you make it a guiding light in your life. I strongly recommend this book and others written by Pastor Heitzig.

Bible is a Holy Book
This is a great help for reading the scriptures. The author is also a narrative and he is great. He is surely guided by the Holy Spirit. Wise man with a great knowledge of the Bible. This book is a treasure.

Like God is Disappointed in you....
I'm really glad that I took a chance on this book. I was looking for something as entertaining as God is Disappointed in You by Mark Russell and Shannon Wheeler but with a little bit more detail. Don't get me wrong, I love Russell and Wheeler's book but I wanted to get another that had more depth. Skip is funny, energetic, and isn't afraid to use humor but simultaneously educates and enlightens the listener. Give it a try!
