Common Sense for the complete idiot

All of David Bach's Books are great. I recommend this for young couples and older as it is a guide to safely investing and not a get rich quick rather a get rich before you retire.

This is a great book outlining a no-nonsense approach to real estate investing. Very practical with no hype, just common sense. Very thorough on every step of the home buying/investing process. Highly recommended!

Good subject and ideas

It is good advice but a little vague. The types of gains the author talks about are only in booming markets in large cities. But it is still good advice.
