Fascinating

great horror novel
i love the suspense
this writer doesn’t have as many novels as stephen king does, but each one i found, so far, is superb!

Extreme. even by Bentley Little standards.
Pretty seriously sick in some places. Not bad, but be ready for some very extreme descriptions of sadistic horror and human suffering.

love this author
I just started reading this Author, 4 books so far he is now my second favorite. He's keeps me rt on the edge of my seat the whole book ,hard to stop listening.

ridiculous, but still scary
The author flew past believability with Stumpy, but it was still a good read. I think everyone has a distrust of homeowners associations, or anyone telling them what the can and can't do on their own property. This book takes that theme to a scary extreme.

Narrator is good just not for this book
I had a difficult time remembering that the main couple were not elderly. when specific references reminded me that they were actually a younger couple ready to start a family, it would change my view of situations. The narrator wasn't bad, he just sounded much older than the anyone was meant to be. it's a great story and would have been so much more enjoyable if the right narrator had been chosen.

Such good horror
Amazing book, one of the best horror writers out there. The narrator was perfect and I found myself getting angry with the HOA and the CCR's haha

Awful narrator
The book itself was really good but the narrator was just the worst. He narrates a lot of Bentley Little’s books unfortunately so I don’t buy any if he’s reading.
