Way too many metaphors with unnecessary details
Really liked the idea of this book. Fantasy with steam punk mix is an awesome concept. They just go into detail on so many unnecessary things. The conversations with all characters in the dramatized adaption is all great. The narration is really frustrating and takes way too long to get to a single simple point. However you get to describing awkward tension with birds in a nest is beyond me. Last chapter was exhausting to get through because the narration makes the exciting parts go to a screeching halt.
