So refreshing and enjoyable. There have been so many individuals approach me to tell me I'm too nice or understanding. They made me question myself, my ways. Am I a weak person? Do I spend too much time listening to others, giving them my time? Think of them first before myself?

Good for up and coming leaders
This book is great for up and coming leaders. While this book wasn’t exactly what I was looking for at this point in my career, it did offer a few golden nuggets. This is the kind of book I wish in had read when I was younger. Something I will be recommending to young hopefuls.
