This book makes an impact, and I will never think about leadership development the same. I kind of wish it had a different narration, but still great.

Good book; poor narration

This is a timely and important book, well worth the read. But the narration is rushed. There are virtually no pauses between concepts, paragraphs, or sections of the book. This makes comprehension a real chore. I was constantly getting lost, so I returned it.
