Very Insightful
Jo's grasp of the psyche of the teenager is very insightful. No doubt anyone reading this will gain valuable tools to help their children as well as gain some useful tools to navigate the chaotic World we at times must face. Well done!

Fantastic Book for all Teens!
This book was well thought out and brought a lot of amazing information for teens trying to navigate their ever-changing emotions and the stresses of modern life. The author covers a lot of topics, but my favorite was the tips for relieving stress and anxiety. If not properly dealt with at a young age, it can be a debilitating thing to deal with as an adult. The narration is clear and easy to follow. I would suggest this book to any teen looking to work on themselves.

Very knowledgeable & helpful book
I found this book to be well written, and well narrated. There are many, many different examples of ways a teenager can help reduce anxiety and live more mindfully. In fact, I plan to use some of these myself! It was well written with a teenager in mind, and clearly the author has experience in this subject. I highly recommend this book.
