A must for the Blue Line.
The last few years in law-enforcement have been difficult. This book inspired me and makes me excited about my calling again. Great book!
I wish we had more leaders like Adam Wilson. Transformational leadership is what this profession needs the most. It’s leaders like Adam that employees want to follow and have a meaning impact in the communities they serve. Great job!
