It would be great to get a pdf with the figures
Good book, good narrator which doesn't put you to sleep, with good insights. References mentioned in this audiobook are not available in an accompanying PDF as other similar products do... which the kindle edition cost to see the figures mentioned throughout is worth ~$40.
