Great leadership advice for any audience
I’m no bartender, and yet I got a lot from Ramona‘s book. Ramona has put together a collection of some of the best advice for leaders who want to keep their employees engaged while keeping themselves and their work organized. I got some new time management and prioritization tips from this book that I’ve already been using. The second half is more specific to those in the food industry, and the advice is detailed and thoughtful. I highly recommend this book!

Great book.
The author did a terrific job narrating her book. I wish more authors did the same. I did purchase a hard copy of the book before I finished the audiobook version. I really wanted to highlight and make notes, you will too.
