As always, this series is for the 18+ crowd and contains a whole boatload of foul language, very steamy scenes, and violent themes. If that sounds like your kind of adventure, then come on in.

Wow! My new favorite Author and Series!

there are only two other authors I love as much, and with over 450 audio books in my library, Elizabeth Dear had joined a very small Fav List. Loved this MC, so strong and smart. The story was well paced, well written, had my heart pumping crazily several times! already started on book 2!👏🙌🫶

Amazing

What an incredible start to a series! Interesting and relatable characters and a very strong independent female lead which is very hard to find, except not here or in Elizabeth’s other book Mave Fortune. Moving on to book two.

Even better in audio!

I loved this book when it was first released as an ebook, it is even better now that it is available in audio. I loved the way Stephanie Kay portrayed Jolie and the few chapters we had read by the male narrator Gregory Salinas.

Well worth the credit if you have read the book prior and are looking for a re-read experience, as well as for those new to the story.

I honestly don't think the blurb does this book any justice because I actually put this off for awhile since the blurb just didn't interest me very much.

I swear there is just something about a bad@ss FMC out for revenge. Not once did the author go back and forth with her personality and I soooo appreciate that. This book had me hooked from the start.

I did find it hard to believe the guys who were supposedly her best friends at one point didn't recognize her because she only changed her hair and eye color but it's still a 5 star read. I'm really looking forward to seeing how their story plays out.

Seriously I have chills that was soooo good! That cliffhanger was amazing! I have never listened to anything by this author before and I’m not sure where I found this book, but the reviews are spot on, this is an amazing story. It’s definitely been done before and not an original but still worthy of immense praise. It’s basically about a girl whose world is torn from her and her plot for revenge. My only thing is I hope there are more of the guys POV in the next book since they only had a couple of parts in it. The narrators are amazing, I love Gregory Salinas.

I absolutely love this series

this series is one of my top reads of 2023! I have my full review on Goodreads but I will say if you love a strong fmc who is out for revenge this book definitely checks all the boxes. Sometimes when I fall in love with a series the audiobooks don't always live up to the book but this definitely did Stefanie Kay and Gregory Salinas did an amazing job! I can't wait for book 2 to come out!

SO GOOD!

I devoured this one, it isn't spicy like at all, I think one single foreplay scene, I say this only because I only usually listen to books that super spicy but this was soo good even without the added chile pepper rating. Plus, you can tell it's amping up to be a hot one. The plot and characters are well thought out and you start to really get invested in each of the characters. I highly recommend. Starting book 2 now!
