Addy and Owen

I really enjoyed this quick instalove office romance. It really isn’t insta since they spent the last year working with each other. The sexual tension was thick and when they finally kissed, they light up! I loved the ending and finished with a smile on my face.

great shortie !

It's difficult to do much with a story that runs just over an hour, but in my opinion, Adele Niles has done a really good job at giving this story and the characters some real substance and not making it just a short story about sex.
Niles is a new author to me and I look forward to further audio's from her in the future.

Randi Johnson is in his element with this type of alpha male, his deep gravelly alpha voice is perfect for Owen's character, however I would have preferred his take on Addy to be a little more feminine.
If you need clear differences in vocal ranges to distinguish characters this may not be an ideal listen for you.

Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed this novella and i'll be happy to pick it up again and again when I need a short distraction.

It Was Great Just Not A Favorite

This premise was okay but I've listened to better audiobooks than this, but it still enjoyable.

Loved it

Owen is so alpha male dreamy and Addy his perfect match! Loved the story, the chemistry and the narration. Very hot!!

The Narrator is a hidden 💎.

This is the first time I’ve heard anything from this author and I really enjoyed this fast paced work romance. I must say the story was good but more credit goes to the narrator for doing such an incredible job narrating this story. I really have to find more books narrated by Randi . He was perfect as Owen and did perfect justice to this story. This was my first time listening to this Randi but definitely won’t be the last . He is a hidden gem which I am glad to finally have discovered. Definitely a must listen.

Sexy and Sensual

Owen is a consultant hired for a bank merger. Addie is a shy curvy girl working on the project with him! Owen, Addie and coworkers met for drinks. When others left, Owen drove Addie home since she had too much to drink. She invited him in for drinks, where things were getting hot and sensual, until she passed out. Addie was dreading going to work on Monday and facing Owen! Only to find out, he already quit and was ready to start his next project! Owens number one rule is never get involved with coworkers/clients. Keep it professional, no attachments, but damn , he just couldnt keep Abby out of his mind. This is a short sensual story., which I really enjoyed.
Randi Johnson's smooth, gravely voice is so sexy. It's swoon worthy. I was gifted this audio in exchange for my honest review.s

Short and sweet

Lovely well written story that is a nice easy read and so wonderful to listen to. Randi has a great voice. Can’t wait for the next one.

Great short story with fantastic narration!

Wonderfully written short quick and sexy story! The narration is on point, Randi has a voice that is out of the world and so smooth you just want to drown in it. It is relaxing and sensual. The story has a good balance for being so short. Looking forward to the next ones in the series!

Entertaining short listen - One commute size

Addy and Owen Are working on a project, with Owen an experienced outside consultant who like to keep business and pleasure apart. Young Addy has been crushing on Owen and fantasizing about him since they first met in person. To celebrate the completion of their project the team goes out for drinks. OK, the story is short and steamy; whadda you think happens? Yep. But Addy is too drunk to accomplish the anticipated events. She passes out.
When she returns to the conscious world, Owen is no where to be found and he didn't leave any contact information. If they are going to continue the story, Owen will have to give into his internal cravings and find Addy. But when he returns to where they met, she's not there. Another location challenge stands between our heroes.
No more almost-spoilers for first-time exposure to steamy romance listeners. Good job Adele! The book's largest fault for me is that it's way too short. These truly likable (even if you occasionally want to reach into the speaker to knock them up beside the head) characters deserve much more stage time with each other. It's almost like a waste of great character development.
Randi is arguably (no arguments from me) the best male narrator working in the Romance genres at this time. His vocal interpretations and tone of voice are always right on, and seem to me to convey his author's intentions admirably.

This listen might be short, but it is still vary enjoyable. Highly recommended from my corner of the planet.

Cute Story!

I enjoyed listening to this book and recommend it to listeners who enjoy a sweet but sexy office romance between a slightly older male and a younger woman. Randy Johnson’s narration is spot on as his sexy voice lends the proper resonance for this story. I received this audiobook at my request and I provided this voluntary review.
