Incredible book of Reflection and Success
This is one of the best books I have ever experienced. It was interesting, thought provoking and enjoyable to listen too. I would highly recommend this book to anyone who feels stuck in there present position or is passing through a transition phase of work or life. I can sing enough of its praises.

Great book and fascinating perspective on success
Springboard provided the framework I am using to start the next chapter of my professional and personal life. While other books prescribe a one-size-fits-all approach, this book walks you through the steps of defining success on your own terms and the means of achieving it. I only wish the audiobook was accompanied by online templates for the exercises.
