Each chapter the author takes the listener through daily step; Bible Study, Prayer, Fasting, Healthy Living, Financial Stewardship and Serving Others these chapters are the exercises, then comes the program.
This listen will prepare you to be strengthened body and soul, its time we get back to the basics, which aren't so basic otherwise we would all be doing them.
