Definitely a book for beginners.

Easy understanding

Listening to this book was supposed to be a refresher insight. However, it was so much more. I enjoyed the readiness of explaining how to do the exercises. I will definitely listen to it again.

I really enjoyed listening to this book! it helped me understand more about myself and how to communicate with my spirit guides. I've been having dreams of my grandpa building on his house which made him so happy to do.
