Use With Dr. Joe Dispenza Breathwork
This audio enhanced breath work and intentions I am experimenting with Dr Joe Dispenza’s supernatural breathing. In conjunction with the breath work Time flew focus was better. I easily extended meditation time to sit through 4x versus fidgeting through a 20 minute sitting.
