Love it

Viviana is in college and part time teaches ice skating at the elite lucky 13 academy. Her goal in life is to go professional.
New owner, Bram, notices her right away. Her skills blew him away.
One mistake, one fall, turned her dreams into a nightmare.
Her darkness affected her relationship with her best friend and with Bram.
This is a steamy love story, but not without angst and drama.
Sadie Provost is an excellent performer.
She gave each character their own voice and personality. Very well done.

Dreams, plans, challenges and very steamy romance

This is a beautiful story of a young woman’s life goals and the struggles she has to overcome when life throws her a curve ball. I really enjoyed it and the audio book reader did a fantastic job! I’m looking forward to another book!

Phenomenal

Hot, engaging story about two people trying to find their way through love. The performance was amazing. I could listen to Sadie Provost read the phone book. I thoroughly enjoyed this title.

Beautiful, Emotional, Angsty and Rewarding! I felt it ALL!

Bram Findlay … Lucky Thirteen’s new owner, he’s had his eye on Viv for quite … some … time. Will tragedy and challenges derail their forever before they’ve even have a chance? Far be it from me to play spoiler! Grab your headphones, you’ll need them because the spice is out of the shaker in “Skating By”, a beautifully written, emotional, character driven story that had this listener feeling everything from goosebumps to fury, awe’s to “oh no she didn’t” and everything in between! The narration bringing this story, and these characters ALIVE was beautifully emotional, clear, compelling, and perfectly timed! I truly enjoyed the time I spent with these well drawn, brilliant and beautifully crafted characters … their world becoming mine as I felt their heartbreak and their pain … saw their hope and their dreams … desperately wanted those dreams to be fulfilled! This beautiful writing and stunning narration made me laugh, made me cry, made me cringe, MADE ME FEEL! Five fantastic stars! I loved it!
