The randomly repeated questions helped reinforce my learning. Also the fact that much of the processes are interconnected made it easy to follow through.

Mistakes in the Audio quizzes
Chapter 13 specifically on one of the last questions asking about the formula for calculating Cpk. They say the answer is D when it is actually C. Check it out. Small mistakes in the audio that can make some things confusing if you catch them. It happened before but I ignored. Twice was too much. If I were the authors I would quickly correct.
