Decent

Great series, but I’m getting tired of the underdog story. The MC keeps making stupid mistakes.

brutal and delicious payoff

did not see this coming.... the book end with a several hour bang that just won't stop.

Great story

a lot of fun, best series of this type since Cradle ended. The narrator though... dude circled all the words he didn't know and made a random guess on how to pronounce stuff and which syllables to emphasize and got it absolutely wrong every time. like it was uncanny, surgically precisie at mispronouncing words over and over again. It's not a sport, guy. There's no award for driving the audience crazy because you can't read...

I really hate this guy!

This was an awesome book. But the ending has me so pissed off. Every book ends this way. Honestly if you’ve made it this far into the series you know what I’m talking about and you are already hooked.

I hope the next book comes out soon.

I like this author

The author gets a bit lost in digging up new descriptive words but I sometimes loose track of the actual scenes because of this. I found the second book better than this one but I’m sticking with this series and like the other series by this author also. That one is pretty badass with heads floating conscious in vats as torture and real cool world building. I’ll be getting all the books from this author for the foreseeable future.

I enjoyed book 3 of this series,
if you enjoy cultivation you'll enjoy this book,
he is slowly doing better and more cunning like he was in book 1 but still a bit slow.

I just love this book yeah it started off with the mc being to complacent and it almost gets him killed Even though he is more skilled than most of his enemies I hope this doesn't happen too much in the next one that was my only complaint your books are fun and interesting so I'm looking forward to the next in the series the both narratorare are doing an amazing job keep up the work
