A great trilogy!

I had a lot of fun with this series. I am assuming it is done, at least for now. I enjoyed the brush of the street racing scene, with it not being overwhelming. That the Slice of Life aspect remained true. Even if our MC and his family must make some hard choices if they are to have peace. The Fast and Furious franchise Easter Eggs were entertaining and funny. Especially the one about a “quarter of a mile and winning.”

The magical aspects with the shifters, our favorite Awakener and the “weave” was really interesting and unique. I am sad that the series was so short since it limited the amount of time we got to explore Jake’s potential. His family as well. Though that aspect of the weave was explored in cool and fascinating ways.

All and all, Michael Dalton has another winner. It’s awesome that we get another Demon Hunter book set to take place after this book. Hopefully will get more closure. And I hope we can get at least one more series set in this universe…
Jordan and Poon did a great job and worked well together. Poon’s versatility with the different voices and accents were very well done. I loved Katie’s and Mikayla’s accents! Oh and Felicia’s!
I am grateful for this fun series and all the work Dalton, his team and the narrators did to bring it to life. And I also thank Royal Guard for the code for this book I received for just leaving a simple review!

What could be more engaging than fast, cool cars and women? Dalton hit the nail on its head!

Great Story Conclusion

This book tied everything up really well and gave a very satisfying conclusion to this awesome series. This series has so much going for it and honestly should easily appeal to any fans of the genre. If you haven't tried this series yet I would easily recommend it. I now really need to read the Demon Hunter series knowing that the series collide with either other.

Evan Jordan and Alyssa Poon gave a fantastic narration performance throughout the entire series.

I'm absolutely loving the novel so far.
It's so interesting to see a different side of the same shared universe that we got in his demon hunter books.

Alyssa does a fantastic job with all the girls.

Reached the finish line

I receive a free copy to give my honest opinion, trying to minimize spoilers. Well, it's been a fun race from book one, and finally reached a satisfactory conclusion. Though I must admit, I was surprised that there was a minor crossover with another of Dalton's series. This gives me hope that we might see these characters in the other series. Something to look forward to. It was fun while it lasted.

good series

overall I've really enjoyed this series. I like the slice of life/paranormal/racing Scooby-Doo vibe it gives off. the characters are fun and well written. the narrators are excellent also.

I've really enjoyed this series. I'm not sure if it's done or not but it sounds like there's at least a cross over from a different series. sounds like I'll be picking up a new series shortly.

Wow!

Love this book so much. Great third book in the series and to be honest I’m a little disappointed the series ended. Hopefully with fingers crossed we can get another book in the future. It’s such a refreshing dynamic between the MC and his mates with him being the support. I also love the car aspect of the series. I don’t see many car themed books like this and I wasn’t disappointed with it at all. I fully recommend the series.
