Shared By The Highest Bidder by Tori Chase is a why choose romance that I listened to on audio narrated by Lexi Evans, Gregory Salinas, Logan Anare, and Tyler Griffin. This is the third book in the Forever Our Girl series and can be read as a standalone.

I loved the chemistry between Bernadette, Ford, Ashton, and Emerson. I really enjoyed getting all of their points of views throughout the book. It really brought the story to life.

Lexi, Gregory, Logan, and Tyler did an amazing job on the narration. They all really know how to bring a story to life. I look forward to listening to more of their work in the future.

I would recommend this book if you're looking for a curvy girl romance, why choose romance, billionaire romance, or age gap romance.

Shared by the Highest Bidder is a must-listen. Those voices in your ears . . . you won’t be able to stop listening. Narrators Logan Anare, Tyler Griffin, and Gregory Salinas perfectly portray the three Alpha males: unique tone, tenor, accents, and distinctive emotions that match their personalities to the last detail. And Lexi Evans, what can you say except that her breathy portrayal of Bernadette captures the innocence, vulnerability and uncertainty as well as the strength, vitality and burning desire she quickly feels for these men? This author, whether writing as Tori Chase or Deborah Garland, has an amazing talent for making every book raw, rough, exciting, intense, unpredictable and so, so steamy that you’ll need ice water handy, and at the same time making it so sweet, swoony and romantic that you will also need tissues.

Bernadette hasn’t had an easy life, but now she’s all alone and desperate. Her dirtbag, cruel, demeaning boyfriend has been arrested for drug possession and distribution. But somehow on the way to jail he managed to steal her computer, designs and portfolio for her plus-size fashion line. And now he’s blackmailing her to convince exclusive attorney Ford Montgomery to take his case and secure his release before he’ll give Bernadette her property back. She’s been evicted from the apartment, needs her designs to fulfill her career dream in California, and certainly doesn’t have the $300k Ford usually charges. So far, so mostly-run-of-the-mill normal, right?

Well, keep listening. Ford’s suggestion to help her get the money is to auction herself off for 30 days to one of the “gentlemen” at Club Dare. From this point on the story is anything but predictable. It’s surprising, shocking and totally mesmerizing. We’re talking about the uber rich here, men who get what they want, and what they want is often very unconventional. Bernadette had no idea these auctions even existed but she buys into the idea pretty quickly; author Chase sweeps you away to a place you’d never visit in your regular 9-5 life. Bernadette wants her life back, feels an immediate attraction to Ford, and somehow believes he won’t hurt her. And it seems she’s right. Because he can’t bid on her himself, he arranges for Emerson Austin and Ashton Ives to bid an astronomical amount for her and “share” her. Emery is a high-tech CEO who could use an assistant, Dr. Ives needs a woman on his arm for fundraisers, and somehow Ford joins this little group.

There’s lots and lots and lots of steam and heat, every which way and all around. And of course there are complications, backstories, secrets revealed, unexpected emotions and feelings. This foursome just seems to work; they confront issues they were trying to hide, have hurts and hopes like everybody else, and form deep connections. Bernadette seems shy and unaware at times, but she has desires, yearnings, and a basic need to feel better about herself, and that’s just what this trio of often sweet, sometimes ruthless Alphas gives her. And what she gives them.

Shared by the Highest Bidder is a wonderful escape, often wonderfully over the top and outrageous, but Bernadette, Ford, Emery and Ash feel real; they grab you and won’t let go. Thanks to author Tori Chase for providing an advance listening copy of this book as part of her advanced reader/listener team. Chase/Garland has become an automatic buy, go-to author for me. This was an entertaining, totally satisfying story and I can’t wait for whatever is next. I voluntarily leave this review; all opinions are my own.

Really good RH listen!

Not only is the story good the narration was well done as well. I liked all the different personality traits that this group of characters have. They have good chemistry which translates into the story being very well done.

This is a fun and entertaining story. The narrator and writer did a pretty good job with the characters and bringing the story to life. The story is about Bernadette, Ford, Ashton and Emerson. Bernadette is a beautiful curvy lady whose boyfriend pushed her to desperation and thus the auction. She ends up with three men, Finn, Cooper and Pierce, winning. Things get very steamy and fun. This is a cute story with some intense steamy moments. The narration was great and really brough the characters and story to life.

I'll take what Bernadette's having please!

Tori Chase gave listeners a great story narrated by an allstar cast - Lexi Evans, Gregory Salinas, Logan Anare and Tyler Griffen.

The narrators were remarkable at bringing this unique cast of characters to life. Lexi Evans was fantastic as body positive Bernadette and did a great job at expressing the sweet and vulnerable side of Bernadette as well as the strong and sassy side she had.

Don't even get me started at how hot the guys were - I mean wow!

When Bernadette needed money for her slimy ex, at his insistence she goes to top attorney Ford, and that one meeting changes her life forever. Ford suggests she auction herself to get the funds and asks his best friends, Ash and Emery to bid on her. Little does she know, she'll be shared (and adored) by all three men. Ash is also Ford's ex so their dynamic was already complicated before they became a foursome.

What ensues is a deeper connection than any of them could have imagined, as they all end up developing feelings. Bernadette brings the men together in a way that unites them for her and each other. Our girl ends up with 3 prince charming's.

This spicy yet romantic audiobook has a strong plot, hot and lovable characters, and a cast of narrators that make it a must listen.

Skip the fan I need an ice bath

I read this book a little less than a year ago in a binge to read the series. So when I got a chance to listen to the audiobook, tackle is an understatement.
To start we have not two, but four narrators. Which is not unheard of, but surprising, and pleasant as we get three distinctive male voices.

In this we have a story of a woman who's, ex, boyfriend she was living with has been arrested. Now she can't find any of her stuff she needs to move on with her life! Welp turns out ex is blackmailing her so she'll hire one of the most expensive lawyers in town to get him free.
Lucky for Bernadette, Ford Montgomery likes the look of her from the get go, and so do his friends.

For our narrators we have the talents of Lexi Evans, Logan Anare, Gregory Salinas, Tyler Griffin. All four of them have excellent clarity and tone. Their timbre is enjoyable and their cadence perfect. I've listened to other narrations from Lexi Evan and Gregory Salinas before an enjoyed them, but you can be sure that the other two shall be on my list to keep an eye out for from now on as well.

Steamy!

This is the third book in the Forever Our Girl series, a RH romance. The story is steamy, sweet, fun and entertaining. I liked the mystery in the story. The characters are well developed. The full cast of narrators (Lexi Evans, Logan Anare, Gregory Salinas, and Tyler Griffin) did a great job bringing these characters, and this story to life. Shared Desires

Lexi Evans, Logan Anare, Gregory Salinas and Tyler Griffin were excellent choices to narrate these characters. From the start the emotional turmoil that Bernadette felt clenched at my heart with Lexi Evans performance. The way all the narrators played off each other was engaging and added sparks of entertainment throughout the read. It was nice to sit back and relax while listening to this audiobook.

I Loved this story

ALC Review:

Bernadette ends up in a precarious position when her (ex)boyfriend gets arrested and holds her fashion sketches hostage until he gets free. The lawyer she hires helps her sell herself to pay for his fees. After a bidding war, Bernadette ends up being shared by the lawyer and two other guys.

I really enjoyed this story. The author really knows how to write an interesting story line that doesn't just revolve around the romance. I loved that this book promotes body positivity and inclusive fashion for all body types.

I sometimes struggle with books that revolve around a plus sized character because it sometimes feels like that is their only personality trait but with Bernadette being a fashion designer for plus sized models and seeing her creative process, I found her really inspiring.

Ford, Emery, and Ash are all great characters in their own rights. I love how protective they are of Bernadette and would do anything for her is it made her happy. I could not get enough of the relationship between these three characters as well as their relationships with Bernadette.

Good listen

I always get nervous when reading a book that's part of a series of which I haven't read the previous books, but this one can definitely be enjoyed as a standalone.

In this story, we see how Bernadette makes the decision to auction herself to raise the money she needs to get her fashion designs back from her ąsshøle ex. Now, because Bernie is a curvy girl, she doesn't expect to raise a lot of money from the auction, let alone have two bidders fight over her only to end up being shared by a billionaire, a lawyer and a doctor, with these last two also being in a relationship of their own.

I loved how attentive and caring the guys were and how Bernie did not want to have two separate relationships with Ford and Ash, and Emery, but one single relationship with all three. I also enjoyed how the author kept you wondering how Ford was going to get the designs back without letting Bernie's ex go free.

The story was performed in dual narration, and all four narrators did a great job at bringing the characters to life and making the story easy to follow.
