GREAT!!!

I have been listening to audio books forever and this is a new aurthor and I truly enjoyed it....

Intensely captivatingly chilling...

The narrator was exceptional. The story was captivating and intense! it takes you to the edge of goodness and evil and dives right over the cliff!

This is my third time reading this book. I don't know why he stop writing. He is a great writer

I could not stop listening. One of the best books

This book is on the top of my best read books. I just might listen to it again. The story and the characters make your emotions be all over the place

Exciting Detective Thriller!!

I had been looking for a new series. I had recently finished reading everything that Karin Slaughter has ever written. Needless to say, she is a favorite of mine. I searched amazon for " authors like Karin Slaughter". I tried a few of them and found some good books. Then I read some reader recommendations for Shadow Man and they were all good so I bought the audible... This book was Amazing!! The writing style was very much like Slaughter's and that is high praise indeed. The heroine of the book is Smoky Bennett, a FBI agent who leads a highly specialized team of serial killer hunters! But in this book the hunter becomes the hunted as a killer obsesses over Smoky and it becomes a cat and mouse game between the two with winner taking all!! I can't recommend this book enough!

Horrifying, excellent

It was not particularly pleasant, some of it, but I could not put it down, as they say.
The purpose of my review is to merely say that I will buy whatever this author writes.
I go thru at least 20 audiobooks a month, and I rarely if ever, say that about an author.

the best there is of this type of book! wish Cody would come back and write again. this is my second time reading this series

For Slaughter fans?

Previous reviews say for Slaughter fans, not quite on par with Karen Slaughter but can hold her own on the creepy killer factor. I enjoyed the listen and may continue on with the series in between Slaughter releases.
