I found this guide to be very accessible and holistic, covering every aspect you need to cultivate and rediscover self-love! You'll find exercises, prompts, daily practices, habits here, very actionable across a wide spectrum of topics like body positivity, healing from toxic relationships, anxiety, and all aspects of personal growth. On top of all that, it even goes over how to teach self-love to children so that you can break the cycle right from the start! Even though this is mainly for women, I still walked away with a ton of additional ideas and reminders for things I have fallen off with, highly recommend for anyone who is looking for a one stop shop to rebuilding their inner relationship with themselves!

While it is important for us to love our family and friends, it is also very important to develop love for ourselves.
