this is why I luv Shayla it don't matter short or long stories she always deliver hot and sexy reads. narrator yesses luv that sexy voice made the story come to life.

Sweet

This story didn’t have as much spice as the others. It was a sweet, typical bodyguard to lover story with a HEA. Jason can make any story good with his narration. Still loving the series and the characters.

Hot bodyguard

Sophie and Rand are great together. Fast dating, love to marriage and children. Perfect!! As always, Jason Clarke was phenomenal in his narration.

Holy hot bodyguard!

Sophie is a famous singer. Performing in a 4th of July parade in Texas, gunfire ensues, and Rand, Sophie's bodyguard sprints into action. Getting her out of the line of fire, Rand wisks Sophie off to a friend's house. This keeps them off the radar, and gives Rand time to investigate the attempt on Sophie's life. Being in close proximity does not help their attraction to each other, and after a while they give in. Boy, it is hot!!

This was a wonderful, quick, and seriously hot listen. I loved the dynamic between Sophie and Rand, and as they got to know each other, I fell in love w/both of them.

Jason Clarke is so good with his solo narration of this series of quickies from Shayla Black.

Loved it

Shayla Black hit the jackpot when she got Jason Clarke to narrate these wonderful little shorter stories. Perfect for a quick listen while doing chores around the house or a short road trip! Loved it!

Good Story, but…

Jason Clark does a great job acting out the parts in this book and the series. Overall a good story until the happy ending, which I found ridiculous. But hey, it’s not a work of art. Just a fun and steamy book and series.
