Sciatica and spinal stenosis are two scourges of our modern sedentary lifestyles. Many people suffer needlessly from these conditions when they could be completely cured by correcting the muscle imbalances that cause the sciatic nerve to be pressured. The vast majority of sciatica and spinal stenosis cases are not caused by old age or degenerative processes, but are the result of muscle imbalances in the body, and specifically the muscles that are attached to the spine and pelvis.
The book describes how to cure sciatica and spinal stenosis and prevent them from recurring. The cure replaces surgery and other standard treatments based on expensive scans and tests which cannot cure these conditions because they do not address the root cause of the problems. The author cured himself of sciatica and spinal stenosis (he was diagnosed with both) by correcting the muscle imbalances through personal effort alone. The cure is permanent and within reach of everyone.

this is hope, I'm determined.
this book gives me New Hope I'm just getting started but I believe in it if I could meet his goals that he mentions in this book to walk one mile without pain to be able to lie down without pain and to be able to stand up for an hour. things others take for granted, I will change this movie to the most valuable book ever read.
