I truly enjoyed listening to this. I’ve been a teacher for 17 years and finished my principalship certificate last year. I am currently contemplating the move to administration. This book is full of great ideas and really has me thinking more and more about making the jump. I could see how this book can be useful for new principals and those veteran principals just needing a recharge.

This is the audio book I wish I had heard earlier in my career, and it’s an absolute must-listen for anyone who aspires to lead well and live well at the same time.

The book was very informative and real! It highlighted the not so glamorous parts of being a school leader in a humorous but reflective tone. The author has done a fantastic job warning future leaders of where he felt short as a school leader.
