Well worth a listen!
I learned a lot from this well-presented audiobook. Even though I've been in business for over 40 yrs, a lot of this is music to the ears. I particularly like the chapter on removing yourself from the equation and getting your business to run without you having to be at the help. This is powerful information and highly recommended.

Priceless Info
As the book mentions, it is already hard forming a good business and getting it off the ground. It can be even HARDER to grow said business. This book is a great how-to in taking your business to the next level, from beginner to experienced entrepreneurs, this book has it all covered. A great read!

Wow! Fantastic
When my friend gave me this audiobook, I didn’t know what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised and found it incredibly enjoyable to listen to and very informative. My favorite part was the section on workplace culture. After just a few chapters, I already found areas in my business that I could improve. I will be listening to it a second time.
