Great story…

The story moved at a great pace and was emotionally stirring. Honestly, I decided to listen solely to hear Joe. I had taken a break but, he always delivers. ❤️

I loved this book the first time I read it, and it’s just as incredible as all those years ago, but amplified times a million.

Emotional roller coaster

This book really took me on an emotional roller coaster. Joe Arden & Maxine Mitchell we’re epic in this. Their work here was a work of art. How they brought Adriana Locke’s words come to life is nothing but extraordinary. Adriana words about tragedy and how we find support & love and what you are willing to do for the people you love was incredible. This book will stay with me for a long time. Thank you Ariana Joe & Maxine for this journey you took me on.

Emotional mess!

This book is nothing short of amazing. I haven't been on emotional roller-coaster like this in ages. And Joe and Maxine brought this book to life. This was my introduction to this author, but I truly appreciate both her style and storytelling. Add 2 of the best narrators, and this is a KO for me!

Outstanding!

Everything romance novel should be in duet. These voice actors were phenomenal and I couldn't wait to listen to this each day. Well done!

such a great story

This story really pulled at my heart strings as a mother. I almost chucked my phone at the wall though, the way the author ended the last chapter before the prologues!

Phenomenal Sports Romance

This audiobook blew me away. It’s coarse, it’s authentic, and it will utterly melt your heart. Sacrifice by Adriana Locke will unlock all the emotions and will needle your heart from start to finish. This was a very cathartic read for me; Crew, Julia, and Everly made me laugh, cry, and melt. Sacrifice is an instant favorite, jaw-clenching, heartwarming sports romance.

Joe Arden and Maxine Mitchell are spectacular in their performances of Crew and Julia. Sacrifice is a prime example of Joe’s ability to switch flawlessly between character voices. Adriana created incredible characters and Joe & Maxine breathed life into them outstandingly. Maxine embodies the brash, beguiling Julie with an enthralling performance. Joe’s portrayal of Crew’s gruff, misunderstood, vulnerable, fiercely loyal character is a new favorite Joe for me. I was entranced every second. Sacrifice by Adriana Locke is a must-listen audiobook.

All the tears!

This book broke me in the best way! Crew and Julia's story had so much heart ache. This is a second chance love story that you almost wish didn't happen, but these two were destined to be together even if they lost their way for a while. Crew was a guy who atoned for who and what he was in the past with Julia. I fell head over heals for him as he busts his butt to be the best for Julia and her daughter. I cried many tears while listening to this one and it broke me. I have read almost all of Ms. Locke's books, but I knew this would be a tear jerker and I waited and man I wish I would have stepped up sooner! Take the plunge and dig in. Great read!

The narrators did an amazing job with this one and I was right there in the story with them. Loved it!

Second Chance Romance!

Beautiful well written, funny, emotional, adrenaline rushing story. I listened to this story a couple years ago and loved it. The author revised it so I listened to the new version just as great as the original. This is one of those books that I will reread and listen to. The narrators did a really excellent job telling the story and giving the characters a voice. A wonderful story about the sacrifices Crew makes for his family and loved ones. This is one of those that once you start reading or listening to you can't put down.
