Royal Omega is a non-shifter Sweetverse novel set in the midst of a reality dating show. It features revenge and enemy-to-lovers plot twists, RH/why-choose romance, light sub/dom play, switch hitters, and many fun steamy scenes aimed at an adult audience. The book is part of Juniper Kerry's Omega Girls series, but can be read as a stand-alone. HEA guaranteed.

Good story

I actually got used to the virtual voice (V.V.). It would have been nice for them to pronounce Omega as O-may-ga instead of O-me-ga, but some of the Aussie narrators pronounce it that way. And "dash" is not a character, but instead indicates a break in speech. Lastly, I've gotten really into the Dual narrations. Maybe they could upgrade the V.V. to use different Characters voices at least when the chapters are labeled that way anyway.

Grow up, Conrad.

It's been a couple of years since I read the first book in this series. So I didn't connect with some of the throw backs and cameos that were included to connect the through line. But I don't know that I'll read the next one any time soon either. All of the things that I enjoyed in the first one were there. Specifically an omegaverse reality TV show. What's not to like. I like OV and I like reality TV. The rest of it, well. It's harder to swallow. I get that there were some big feelings surrounding Conrad and Carrisa's past. But the idea of a grown man still needing "revenge" on his first girlfriend is so silly. Like...grow up. You're out here basically living your best life because she "left" you, so get over it.

Spoilers: Then there was the fact that Henry and Axel picked this woman they just met over the man they'd chosen to be part of their pack for life. I can't even get over how messed up that is. I mean, it all works out in the end and Conrad finally pulls his head out of his behind. But it took awhile to get there, that's for sure.

love goo?

I like this story enough. But it could have had more lovey goo to it like omgosh I love you so much. the story felt incomplete.

Great Concept

I really love the story, It does feel rushed at the end. I could see this with much more than this short story.
