Loving it
This is wonderful information and I'm so happy to hear this. I learned that we have to really know that we are in control of our lives and not an emotion. We can determine out future just by having a powerful positive mindset that we are in control and we dictate what happens. Not the past but we speak and creat and make our own reality. Incredible!

Looking for a state of control
My life is very stressful lately due to my relationship problems and my job. I couldn't get a balance for both problems and it was really destroying my life but I heard this author talk about how to achieve control in my emotions by building mental strength and self-discipline to manage my stress. The author offers strategies for ordering the mind and calming worries in order to achieve emotional self-sufficiency. I highly recommend this audiobook.

Problem solver
When feeling depressed I’d listen to this motivational audiobook over and over every morning. This audiobook should be repeated every morning and night to ingrain this mindset into a habit just like the author is prompting... and I can tell it's true! it has helped me so much so far... I hope it will be as helpful to someone else as it was to me.

Great
It is quite good to find self-help tools to increase self-esteem and manage anxiety such as this audiobook. The author teaches about learning to have an open mind to healthy thoughts and to use self-discipline techniques to control states of anxiety. I liked hearing the author's voice because it motivates the listener to be positive about improving our quality of life by increasing our self-esteem and confidence. I totally recommend it.

Perfect guide
I'm very shy and because of my low self-esteem I never get into relationships, but this audiobook helped me overcome these confidence issues. The author guides the listener through several points where he explains what to do to strengthen our minds and eliminate negative thoughts. I liked hearing about developing daily self-discipline, how to improve my social skills and practicing meditations to increase my self-esteem and manage shyness. I recommend it.

Lots of good things
I consider myself a person who understands little about emotions, but with this audiobook I learned a lot about how to identify these emotions and how to channel them into positive actions. I liked hearing the author's voice because it conveys confidence in the explanations and encourages the listener to reprogram the mind to learn to distinguish emotions and get to know your own emotions. This author mentions that every domain of emotions leads to positive results either physically, emotionally or mentally. I recommend it.

Dealing with some problems
My life is quite chaotic due to my emotions and lack of self-esteem, so I recognize that it is not easy to try to stay positive, but I listened to the author of this audiobook and the advice he offered was helpful.
