Although pain is inevitable, suffering is optional. This book offers a completely new paradigm and understanding of where our human experience comes from, allowing us to end our own suffering and create how we want to feel at any moment. Don't Believe Everything You Think is not about rewiring your brain, rewriting your past, or positive thinking. We cannot solve our problems with the same level of consciousness that created them. Tactics are temporary. An expansion of consciousness is permanent.

Historia
Although pain is inevitable, suffering is optional. This book offers a completely new paradigm and understanding of where our human experience comes from, allowing us to end our own suffering and create how we want to feel at any moment. Don't Believe Everything You Think is not about rewiring your brain, rewriting your past, or positive thinking. We cannot solve our problems with the same level of consciousness that created them. Tactics are temporary. An expansion of consciousness is permanent.

It is very interesting
Anxiety in Relationships provides an excellent amount of practical knowledge, examples from real world , and biological data. I even have been studying mindfulness for a few of years, and that i am really impressed with the tone of this book. Unlike other self-help books, this particular read is straightforward to digest! The absence of filler content and practical solutions to tackle anxiety makes this a staple within the genre!

This book uncovered all the connection anxiety I even have been experiencing. I strongly considered ending my relationship and just fly solo until I listened to the present book. OMG, the sense of relief knowing i'm not browsing my anxiety alone which i'm capable and deserving of a gorgeous long lasting relationship. I even have a renewed sense of hope and desire to measure consonant with my partner. Thank you.

Easy to listen
I like the niche topic of this book - relationship anxiety. I think this book can be a useful tool for those experiencing jealousy and attachment issues in a relationship. Chapter 2 speaks directly about a person's attachment style, which was interesting. Overall, each chapter is easy to read and the author provided a lot of firsthand examples.

Great Resource
We are grateful because because of this information we will see each other's faces and smile, feel that happiness is now a part of us too, that it's not temporary but a state during which we both decided to measure . We are a satisfied couple.
