Very little info on DE

This is not a book about DE or its benefits. A lot of rambling and other supplements talked about without any studies or dosing. So disappointing!

Not good

I wish I had read the reviews. Very little about DE and more about health issues and their studies.

I got this book hoping to learn about DE. This book has VERY little info on DE. Most of the info in this book is about other types of treatment for the problems mentioned. I did not finish the book because the writing almost never talks about the original topic of DE.
