So worth the listen!

What a great series! The final book in the series didn't disappoint. You thought that Zam and her crew had to face their fears throughout this series; just you wait! Shannon continues her expert world building in the Realm of Demons.

As always Lauren Fortgang did a superb job narrating the series. I will listen to anything that she narrates.

Outstanding series.

I have to admit I was a bit reluctant to let this series finish. I already went through the pain of saying goodbye to Zam and the gang before and it broke my heart. This was a perfect ending though and I enjoyed the emotional damage caused by Shannon. The excellent performance enhanced my pain and I will revisit the desert cursed series for sure. Absolutely recommend to dive in!! Just do it!

Fantastic!

I love Zam, Lila, and the rest of the gang. There were a lot of twists and turns and I wasn't sure how it would end in the time that was left. But I found the end very satisfying. Lauren Fortgang is one of my favorite narrators. She puts in so much emotion that you feel it. I could listen to her all day.

Nope, not with that ending, and so many questions left unanswered!!! And the intertwining of her series are BRILLIANT!!! Absolutely love this series! There HAS to be another book coming, I'm calling it!

I have listened to this entire series all the way through!! So much fun:) and so relatable for something set in an alternative world.

Amazing!

This is I thin my most favorite of the series. There was finally something completed and I even felt the weight lift off my shoulders. I also think Fortgang could read the phone book and I’d be enthralled.

I can’t believe it’s over

I can’t believe it’s over! I’ve been in love with this series and these characters from the very start. It’s hard not to love everything about this world and it’s characters.

This book was intense from start to finish. Zamira, Lila and Maks were racing against the clock to end Asag’s reign of terror. Of course Shannon couldn’t make it easy on them! Wills were tested, lies were brought to light and emotions were constantly running high.

This book was an excellent way to end the series. It tied up all the loose ends that were left after the gang defeated the emperor. I couldn’t have asked for a better wrap up for these characters. While I am sad that it’s over, I’m so happy I was along for the ride.

I really loved this series. As always Shannon Meyer really knows how to take you on an adventure with her writing.

Perfect Conclusion!!

This epic journey has lead us through all the heart strings! and this finale book is the perfect ending. There are so many Easter eggs in this book it makes you think about any and all possible links, connections to some of her other story lines.
