Great motivation for weight loss!
Best motivation for weight loss! I use those affirmations to meditate in the morning and to before going to sleep. I really love them!

Great Positive Results!
I was pleasantly surprised to listen to this title. I found it very relaxing and so positive that it was not a chore, as most anything to do with weight loss is. I find myself eating less and pausing before a nibble to ask if I really want that, which in my case has cut down on my autopilot eating because it’s there. I am very pleased to say this has really helped me. I received this audiobook free and this review is done voluntarily!
