awesome narration voice! very comforting, soothing, reassuring, and very confident. I listen while I work. 2024 I hope to be listening while I process and store as well. Great writing and very confident and to the point. Thank you for all the added information us city folk can take proper direction with. This will be a great read for those taking butchering courses, indeed.

Extremely basic, repetitive, sometimes wrong
Very basic book that uses big words then doesn’t define them. More a motivational book than useful for operating methods.
