It sounds like a computer and not a person narrated this book because the cadence is so hard to follow I’m not sure if there’s any value in the book. I will find a used copy of the book and read it separately to see if there’s value. Right now based off the audiobook zero stars

Not at all informative or enjoyable to listen to. Filled with (filler) nuggets of wisdom like 'make sure every new employee goes through a full onboarding process and understands the company's culture and values'. It's read with the enthusiasm it deserves.
