Great audio book

Finally, I’ve found a business book that I can fully understand and follow as a beginner in this field. Great job.

It is easy for listening to. There are no difficult terms. I like the author’s advice to bypass many traps that can drive your failure.

I think the best thing about the book is the ideas that I could instigate immediately to move my projects along quickly. That said, the content is thin for someone who is actually higher up in their career in project management. It does still have some good ideas

Very informative audible

Information about risk management as an important part of project monitoring and control – this was a very significant part of a book for me. It prepared me for the expected potential risks, but also for the steps I should take when something unexpected happens. This book is MUST HAVE for every person in the PM arena.

Provides helpful advice

It is a fully down to earth guide for managing projects of all sizes and complexities – all practical advice, no fluff – the goldmine for newly qualified project managers or even those without any formal qualifications in project management.

Insightful and eye opening. Learnt alot on my first round of listening to it. Now will listen to it again to take notes and apply what I have learnt before I listen several times more to ensure the repetition enables me to master the art of project management. I salute.

This is a pretty good book. It has a lot of great suggestions on things you can do immediately that are practical and work to great effect in the sphere of project management. Overall, a lot of actionable points are useful and do work, Recommended.

As a newly qualified project manager, I still felt out of my depth as I had no experience only theories. This book led me to managing projects with much more confidence and is my go to reference book.
