It took me five months of research before I pulled the trigger on my first products to sell on Amazon. Five months and countless hours. I have pages of notes with product ideas in many different categories. Some were wholesale products, others were ideas for my own products. I had some money set aside to buy inventory. But I couldn't commit. I was looking for...not necessarily the perfect product, but, well yeah, the perfect product.

Fear of choosing "wrong" was holding me back. I knew that product selection was key to success so I needed to choose right. Another part of the problem was I had bigger ideas - I wanted to create a brand and I had some ideas as to what sorts of products I would carry. But those ideas required more capital than I was willing to invest for my first product. As a result, I put so much pressure on myself to dream big and think towards the future that I did nothing!

Great Book

This is a good book. I would have liked a little more excitement in the reader's voice, but overall it was a good listen.

Great little book!

Well researched, useful, and interesting. I've been selling online for a few years, but this book still had a lot of stuff I didn't know. The author exhausted all areas one needs to know when considering online entrepreneurship, and she put it together succinctly and completely, with an overview at the beginning, and a review of everything at the end. It was also very well narrated--it was like listening to a good friend explain everything you need to know! I really enjoyed the book, and have already started using the information. I clipped a lot of spots while listening b/c there is so much good information, good resources, and good websites all wrapped up in a very affordable price. Thank you Renae Clark--you did an awesome job.

This book provides a clear and profound insight into reasearch and decisionmaking of products to sell as well ad the thought behind it. Great book to read a couple of times for beginners in online retail.

Informative and detailed

Great information for the beginning seller. Highlights, describes, and explains the step by step process to finding your Amazon product.

Great overview of topics to further understand

this was a great general overview of what it takes to provide a product on FBA along with some sourcing services. The only thing I wish it included was a cheat sheet listing all the websites and sources mentioned throughout the reading that you could download from the web if you purchased this on audible.

Beginner’s Dream

Thanks for all the resources and advice. I feel less timid about picking a product and going for it! This book was FOR me
