A relaxing and effective way to lose weight!

This audiobook has been an incredible help and changing my mindset around food and emotional eating. The combination of fat waves and subliminal affirmations, make it easy to absorb positive messages, and I’ve noticed a real shift in my cravings and appetite. This is huge for me I am so excited. The theater waves and music are calming and effortless to listen to. I usually play it in the evening and then fall asleep while it plays. I definitely think this is helping me with my weight loss and I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a natural way to break free from unhealthy eating habits!

This is the good stuff you really need

We've heard that the lack of sleep or a hard stressful day or someone being rude to us can throw us out of whack. Well its true, and millions of people cannot lose weight because the body is pinging about something, or even that thing that happened an hour ago, perhaps it was something minor, but had lingering effects. This audiobook is really transformative, it has the best music to throw you in a warm welcoming trance that will relieve your body, mind, spirit and flow away those harsh feelings and expressions of reality. And with it being over 9 hours, we are all getting the best trip of our lives. Whether you can afford to relax for 30 minutes, or a ride in the car, or using it to adjust your sleep cycle and wake up fresh and relaxed. The author and narrator did a lot of work to make this possible. You're not only going to love it, but i'd say, you'd use it every day and night. Soon you'll become relieved from the world of chaos and losing weight will become so much easier once youre not carrying the burdens anymore. Thanks so much for the creation of this audio, my family uses it all the time, and although it may seem amusing, my dogs love to relax to these sounds when i go to work.

I think this actually working!!! So excited!!

To be honest, I wasn’t quite sure what to expect. But I have to say I think it’s actually working and I like the music a lot. I decided to do what the author recommends and I play it right before I’m getting ready for bed and then I fall asleep and let it continue to play. The music is beautiful. It’s very calming and soothing, and it helps me fall asleep.I’ve noticed this past week that I have been feeling fuller than I normally do. I think it might be actually working!!
