Ready inside and out for my wedding
I am getting married next year and found this 2-book compilation and was thrilled. I now have guidance to both getting my wedding preparations and making sure I fit into my dress on my wedding day. At first I was like, weird combo, but quickly realized I needed both to be successful. The wedding planning book has everything I could think of and how to stay organized. I am loving the keto guide as I am an avid weightlifter and most of those diet books don't talk about the dietary needs for lifters. I am thankful I found this compilation and highly recommend it.

An swesome wedding planning companion
Planning a wedding and getting healthy at the same time felt like a monumental task, but this audiobook made it all much easier. It covers all aspects of weddings step by step, which helped me feel organized and less stressed. And the nutrition part is a nice bonus! I never considered the ketogenic diet but after learning about it in this book, I'm planning to give it a go. The recipes and meal plan are interesting and mostly easy for someone like me who's not a great cook. This guide is a great resource for anyone wanting to plan a wedding while also focusing on their health!
