Another hilarious and heartwarming story from Jana Aston. Daisy and Kyle are such a fun couple. The unexpected twists in their relationship make this story unexpected and fun. Highly recommend!!

Loved this!!

Jana Aston never disappoints! I loved reading about Violet’s sister and I was totally on board for all her crazy! The narrators really brought Daisy and Kyle to life **swoon**. I also loved that there was very little drama and a happily ever after. This book will leave you smiling!!

One of my favorite books by Jana Aston. All of hers are god for a repeat, but this one was amazing.

Fun

I absolutely love stories by Jana Aston! She always manages to have me laughing out loud and then swooning. This book was not a disappointment. It’s cute, fun and sexy! I really enjoyed it!

Sexy, Funny, Perfect!

Another fantastically funny novel by Jana Aston! Jana is inside my brain when it comes to humor....twinning! See what I did there? BWAHAHAHAHA! Anyway, love the comedic style and the billionaire hotties she brings into my life. The only disappointment with this book was that it ended, I wish it was longer. BEST, BEST, BEST credit card fantasy moment (however wasted on Daisy since she clearly doesn't know how to use it!). Oh and the "D" diet...I can't stand it, hilarious. I had to share that little blurb with all my besties. Recommend every one of Jana's books if you love some super sexy moments with a lot of laughs on top. More, more, more, please. (narrators are some of my favorites)

A delightful listen - both the story and narration

I have so many of this author's books, but had yet to read any of them until now. I'm so glad that I finally picked one up, because listening to this one, it just made me happy. It wasn't an over the top romcom (and I'm glad because I tend to not like those) but more relied on the heroines wit and snark for the humor to come through. There was very little OW drama, and what we did get, it was barely on page.

The narration of the audiobook was well done, as expected with these narrators. Getting this one under the belt has me excited to read more by this author.

4.5 stars of entertaining goodness!

Owned in dual formats (Kindle / Audible): Yes! Someday, I’d like to go back through my Kindle e-book and do some highlighting. However, this 1st read was 100% via audiobook.

Writing Style: Dual POVs

Cover gush: It has purple in it, and the cover model is rocking that lavender suit like a boss. Enough said!

Worthy of a future re-listen? Without question, yes!

Story: 4 stars - I must be honest and admit straight up that Daisy’s story didn’t grab me right away like her twin sister Violet’s story did. So initially, that fact had me a tad concerned. But it didn’t take long for me to buy into Daisy’s plight. And in the end, I was thoroughly entertained and charmed by how these two soon-to-be parents got deeper and deeper into their romantic union.

Performance ratings: 5 stars for both narrators! Female narrator Erin Mallon proves yet again why she is one of my very top favorite narrators. And, male narrator Jason Clarke is no slouch. He kept up with Erin’s performance level easily. They make a dynamic narrating duo! Keep ’em coming, you two...

Overall reading experience rating: 4.5 stars!

My Personal Recommendation: all romance audiobook junkies should bump this series up on their reading list!

Overall, this book was good. But not my favorite by far. Granted, I listened to this one after I listened to Good Time, which I effin loved. so maybe that is where my disappointment comes in.
First I will say I loved Kyle. Especially near the end and a plot twist comes in. (no spoilers). But I really didn't like Daisy. Why? I didn't think she was cookey, or crazy, just kinda dumb. Overall I liked the book and would recommend it. It's just not my favorite. Those being Trust and Good Time. The narration was fantastic. I'll keep reading and listening to everything Jana writes.

I've been patiently waiting for Daisy's book since the end of Sure Thing. I knew Daisy was someone I wanted to meet and I knew her story would be one I couldn't put down.

But Jana made us wait.
And wait.
And wait.

It was totally worth it!

If I knew I'd be getting Kyle Kingston, then I would happily wait another year. Or two. He's just so freaking amazing and perfect. AND OMG.

You need to meet him. You will love him so hard.

In other news, this audio? Yeah, Jason Clarke is a fantastic Kyle. His voice, his attitude. Gah, it's all so perfect. Erin Mallon has firmly sealed herself as a top female narrator for me and I'm fairly certain she can do no wrong. So, Erin Mallon as Daisy is a given.
You're gonna love this audio. You're gonna love this book. You're gonna want a Kyle for yourself.
