Great reader!

A great book to listen to. Enjoyed the Vivid descriptions and story line. Recommend it.

Unique story

I was excited to read this after her last book. The story was pretty unique and kept my attention. The only thing was there was a lot of interruption of the right sound with the narration. You could tell they had to go on and re-record a lot. That kind of threw me off. I would say that reading this book is probably a better option.

Intriguing

Loves the twists and turns. Going forward then back and finally understanding. Cleverly written and wonderfully presented.

The story and the performance are excellent. I listened to Broken Country and had to listen to another by this author. It didn’t disappoint! Hoping there are many more books to come from my new favorite author!

A slow agonizing and satisfying burn. I read Broken Country first and had to read every other word she has written. I hope a new book is coming soon, hooked!

Beautifully constructed and written

I found this book mesmerizing. Every sentence was beautiful. I loved the characters. Listened to some parts twice. Chapter headings made sense, but easy to lose one’s place.
