Thalia Phoenix is an amateur archaeologist and collectibles shop owner who is also a relic hunter. She is hired by a wealthy client to retrieve the legendary Hammer of Thor, which she has suspicions if it even exists but sets out on the quest anyway with the client's inept son, Jonathan. The search leads them on an adventure where they have to rely on Thalia's knowledge of ancient history, Norse mythology, and survival skills as they are chased by a group of villains also in search of the Hammer of Thor.

THE SPEAR OF DESTINY (Book 2)

Thalia Phoenix is hired to find a missing adventurer who has been searching for the legendary Spear of Destiny. Her search begins in Germany, where her client's brother was last seen, but her search soon attracts the attention of bumbling CIA agents, German state police, and an assortment of villains.

THE LAIR OF BEOWULF (Book 3)

Thalia Phoenix is offered a job by Simon Kessler to find Beowulf's lair, but she believes the myth is nothing but an ancient poem so refuses and instead sends her friend, Peter to do the job. After Peter fails, Phoe and the group, along with a computer expert, are caught up in a dangerous situation involving the collision of Beowulf and Grendel mythology with technology. They must also race against time to develop a game changer to save themselves from the mythical dangers becoming their reality.

THE FOUNTAIN OF YOUTH (Book 4)

Thalia Phoenix is asked by the Vatican to find a missing friar who was searching for the Fountain of Youth in Tibet and is also hired by Simon Kessler to find the Fountain of Youth and bring back its water. She teams up with her treasure-seeking friends and her brother for this two-pronged mission and they set off to international intrigue and danger to find the Fountain of Youth while also being pursued by a gang of ruthless international thugs. Thalia faces a challenge that could affect not just her team but also the future of humankind.

THE ARK OF THE COVENANT (Book 5)

Simon hires Thalia Phoenix to authenticate the purported Ark of the Covenant in Ethiopia, which could be the real Ark or a replica. She is under threat, as opening the lid of the Ark could cause instantaneous death and bring down the wrath of God. Thalia and Charlotte are also being followed by a gang of ruthless international thugs who are determined to obtain the Ark, and she must also find out who is worthy to touch it and authenticate it before it's too late or risk her own death.

THE SEAL OF SOLOMON (Book 6)

Thalia Phoenix is hired by Simon to examine the Seal of Solomon, an ancient ring said to possess supernatural powers that allowed King Solomon to control demons, spirits, angels, and other paranormal beings. The ring is located in Marseille, France, which is where Thalia, along with her brother Jonathan, are dispatched to study the ring for clues that could lead to other valuable treasures and artifacts. Unfortunately, their research is interrupted by a terrorist attack and the ring is stolen. The Phoenix Quest team joins the hunt to recover the stolen ring before it falls into the wrong hands. With the potential dangers and risks mounting, the team is in a race against time to locate the Seal of Solomon and uncover the other treasures it may lead to before it's too late.

THE SHROUD OF TURIN (Book 7)

Thalia Phoenix and her cousin Casey are kidnapped by a villain who demands she locate the authentic Shroud of Turin, believed to be the burial cloth of Jesus Christ. With Casey held as a hostage, Thalia must decipher ancient clues and travel to international destinations to search for the shroud. Simon Kessler also sends other team members to find and rescue Thalia and Casey.

Nice stories terrible audio delivery

I suffered though the books because I was intrigued by the story lines. Would be a whole lot better if real people did the books. With no emotional inflection it hurt the books instead of helping the stories.
