Our only task as Christians is to hear God and to obey Him. Sometimes all that means is to simply be available to “keep the door open” for His Holy Spirit to do His work. At other times it may mean being willing to do something absurd. God will not ask us to do something for no reason. But we must be willing to obey, even when we don’t know all the reasons.
