This is the final chapter for these 2. While of course we get the HEA I was expecting a bit more but felt it was rushed at the end. Some of the stuff written I do believe was shock value alone.

While Grant was out to meet up with someone about Paige. That’s when he know he was jealous and couldn’t let her go. Drake took paige away from Grant, while he was out. Grant got back to realize she was gone, and he wasn’t going to stop to protect her and bring her back. Paige doesn’t know all that Grant was doing to save her, she believed he sent her away. Eric his brother helped him out to get her back. The ending was really good. Must read to see how it all ends.

Good wrap up

Good wrap up but not as spicy as the other books. I’d have liked an epilogue.

I expected it to be a lot more! I expected a lot more darkness and grit and much more spice.
While I did enjoy it and finished the series I was shocked at how tame it actually was considering the summary and reviews I read. That said I do like them dark and dirty so to some people this may actually be super spicy.
I also felt this was drawn out and by the middle of the 3rd book I was ready to be done. And I wanted the 2 MCs to have a break from the constant turmoil. I wasn't however expecting the conclusion or resolution to come in the way that it did. I felt there was a setup throughout the series that would somehow tie into the problem solving but I was mistaken. While there were some unnecessary charters that left you asking why, I did overall enjoy this series and would recommend it. The narration was not bad.

We made it!

Phew! Okay this got darker for sure but frustration was at the forefront. I HATED Drake. God he was annoying and Brandon wasn't as confrontational as I would have preferred. I liked this trilogy, it was dark without going pitch black and there was character growth for several characters. I really like West's writing style and will be completeing her catalogue over time.

4⭐️5🌶 Loved it! The ending could use some work. The spice is high in this one but scary. Just know it's a dark romance going in. I want to read more from this author!

I kept expecting more to happen. The dialogue was a bit much too. overall - meh.
