I am listening to the book again, in fact second time through. It is an excellent resource and inspires me to keep working on helping my team and I to build trust and overcome the dysfunctions discussed. .

What did you like best about this story?

The tools. Mr. Lencioni takes the time to speak of the dysfunction, leverages examples to showcase how the dysfunction impacts the team, and then what tools a facilitator or leader can use to overcome the dysfunction.

If you a leader, a team member or business educator, read this book. One of the very best books I have read.

Great book to organize executive team for success. I recommend this book to every business.

Great content

I am entering my Management career and this book is the perfect read for a good start. One book is not enough though.

I am a huge fan of everything the author does.

I liked the conversation about leaders and their need to improve, and how they should go about addressing their areas to improve.

A book you have to read for work

This book touched on principles that really would benefit my team, but the execution was poorly done. Plus, it's always a tough sell when no one wants to read the book in the first place. But it was interesting.

Don’t forget to get the workbook

It is great to get you thinking about the things you need to build your team, but you will need to stop often to look up the recommended resources.
