You’ll learn about the origin of the mouth call, about teaming up on toms, and what to do when patience nearly dies. Many hunters can tell you how to fire up a gobbler, but in this book, Gary Stillwell will tell you why you’ll often have to cool down a tom to take him. You’ll also learn how to take a turkey without using a call, why you can bag gobblers while taking a nap, and how to hunt bad-weather birds, pasture toms, and swamp turkeys, as well as specific techniques for Merriam’s and Rio Grande gobblers.
